About the Role
Position: AI Trainer
In this role, you will work closely with consultants and AI experts to annotate and structure data, assist in training AI models, and evaluate their performance. Your work will directly contribute to building fair, accurate, and high-performing AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Label and annotate datasets (text, images, audio) for AI model training.
- Clean, organize, and structure data for machine learning purposes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to train AI models and run training processes.
- Evaluate AI models using test cases and analyze results for improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback to refine AI models and suggest new training methods.
- Identify and mitigate potential biases in AI systems.
- Maintain thorough documentation of training, evaluations, and improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to align AI systems with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or data annotation is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI model training and evaluation processes.
- Experience with data labeling tools or platforms is desirable.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and precision in data labeling and annotation.
- Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning principles.
- Understanding of data handling, preprocessing, and cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with programming (Python preferred) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
