About the Role

Position: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled, innovative, and proactive Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, with a special emphasis on OCR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy complete ML pipelines with a focus on OCR-based projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and deliver meaningful results.
Manage and ensure data integrity using MongoDB and related tools.
Analyze and optimize the performance, scalability, and stability of deployed models.
Document project progress, communicate challenges, and propose solutions.
Stay current with the latest developments in ML, AI, and OCR technologies.
Train and deploy models in AWS cloud environments.
Apply reinforcement learning techniques where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and its ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI fundamentals.
Practical experience with MongoDB for data management and integration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with the complete development and deployment lifecycle of AI/ML projects.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deploying models on cloud infrastructure.
Prior experience in building models for large-scale data applications.
