About the Role
Position: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning, AI, and infrastructure solutions. This role demands a proactive engineer with strong skills in Python, AI Agents, MLOps, RAG, and enterprise infrastructure (both On-Premise and Cloud) along with experience in agile, CI/CD environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new customer-facing AI solutions and product experiences.
- Apply modern software engineering practices to deploy ML solutions at scale, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Collaborate with a professional team to automate processes, manage infrastructure as code, and support multicloud architectures.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and weekly demos.
- Clearly communicate your daily and weekly goals and progress.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Proficient in AI Agents (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
- Competent in MLOps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and GIT.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, infrastructure management, model performance evaluation, and data workflows.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and Agile practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for continuous learning, curiosity, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Databricks.
- Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with NLP (NET), Generative AI tools, and Cohort analysis.
